We have been commissioned to auction off the equipment, furnishings, and other assets left behind at the former Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robins location at 9525 Mansfield Road, Shreveport, Louisiana.  Lawler Auctions will conduct an online only internet auction that will begin to close on Monday, May 10, 2021 beginning at 6:30PM CST.

There is a 15% Buyer's Premium on all lots, plus an additional 3% credit card surcharge.  We are also required to collect local and state sales taxes on all purchases. 

Upon registration, a $100 credit card authorization will be made against the card on file to verify the card is good.  This is not a charge and your credit card or bank should release the hold after a few days.  We will not initiate a charge against the hold unless a bidder fails to make payment or in the event that the card is declined when we attempt to run the card for payment of any winning bids.

The auction will begin to end on May 10, 2021 at 6:30pm, starting with Lot # 1, and with each subsequent lot ending about 10 seconds behind the other.  In the event of a last minute or sniper bid, the system will extend the bidding out on that item for another 2 minutes giving the other bidders an opportunity to increase their bid.  Therefore we strongly encourage all bidders to be at a computer at 6:30pm on Thursday night, April 15, 2021 to protect their bids, and to for an opportunity to increase their bids.

Bidders may place their maximum bid on an item, and the system will bid upon their behalf up to their maximum bid in increments.  For example, if a bidder determines he will bid up to $500 on an item, but the current bid is only at $200, he can put in the $500 bid and the system will bid automatically for him/her up to his $500 bid.  However if another bidder already has a maximum bid of $500, the first bidder will be the winning bidder, and the bidder must increase their bid to a higher number.

All items are sold "as is" without warranty or guarantee of any kind whatsoever.  Bidders are encouraged to inspect items carefully before placing a bid, as a preview and inspection period has been established for this auction on the day of the auction between 1pm and 5pm, at 9525 Mansfield Road, Shreveport, Louisiana. 

Immediately after the auction closes, the system will email invoices to the winning bidders, who can then click on the link to pay for their items using the credit card on file or another credit card of their choice.  Those wishing to pay with cash may appear at the Lawler Auction Facility located at 7781 Highway 1 North, Shreveport, Louisiana before 11am on Friday, April 16, 2021 to pay with cash.  No cash payments will be accepted at the Mansfield Road location where the items are located.  If payment is not made by 11:05am on May 11, 2021, we will automatically process the card on file for the amount owed.

There will only be one pickup day for this auction, which is set for Tuesday, May 11, 2021 from 9am to 5pm.  All items must be paid in full before items can be picked up.   Buyers must bring plenty of help, dollies, and equipment necessary to load up their own items.  Auction staff will only be there to check receipts.
